If I am not in network with your insurance program I can provide clients with a superbill that allows them to make a claim to be reimbursed. A superbill provides information to your insurance company regarding the type of service received, dates of service, and diagnosis.
Not all insurance plans will reimburse clients. It is advised to contact your plan before treatment and ask:
What percentage of my bill will be paid for services obtained from an out-of-network provider?
What is my co-payment?
What is my deductible?
How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
