Individual Therapy 

 Is the one-on-one work between a therapist and a client. There are many different styles of therapy, but all of them center around helping the client reach his or her goals. This is a unique relationship, in that it is strictly confidential and provides you an opportunity to be completely honest with yourself and another person. 

EMDR

There is hope in healing. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a modality that helps your body release blocks created by past traumas. EMDR focuses on processing the event and letting go of your old negative beliefs. Through the process, you create new healthy beliefs.

EMDR is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. 

Telehealth

Is individual therapy but with the use of digital information and communication technologies, such as computers and mobile devices, to access one on one work from the comfort of your own home. The Telehealth technology implemented is strictly confidential. 

Clearing Space

Our homes can be incredibly important tools for shaping our daily experiences. Personal spaces are an extension of our own energy and our surroundings serve as a form of emotional regulation. Sometimes, we need a little help organizing the chaos. Upon cleaning a varied palette of feelings can arise, you may find lost or old items that you previously cherished. You may find yourself feeling inspired to pick up an old hobby or start a project. Cleaning and organizing can spark your creativity, and upon embracing this, the possibilities of where it will take you are endless. With my therapeutic guidance I can help you overcome this challenge. 

Inner Child Work 

Inner child work is a vital component of the healing journey because it reconnects us with a wounded element of ourselves: the child within. When we reconnect with this fragmented part of ourselves, we can begin to discover the root of many of our fears, phobias, insecurities, and sabotaging life patterns. 

Breathwork 

Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing resides.
